Final Count: GFCO Certified 2,045 Products in 2021

Auburn, WA—The Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO) certified 2,045 products from 171 brands in 2021, according to a press release. GFCO is a gluten-free certification program from the Gluten Intolerance Group. It requires certified products to contain 10ppm of gluten or less, which is twice as strict as the FDA standard.
