Dr. Deanna Minich, nutrition scientist, author, educator, and functional medicine expert recognized for her integrative approach to health and wellness, joined the Naturally Informed education curriculum for an empowering keynote session exploring the future of women’s wellness through the lens of systems biology, circadian medicine, and whole-person health. Viewers discover how emerging science is reframing hormones as part of a larger interconnected network linking metabolism, brain health, nutrition, lifestyle, and resilience across the lifespan.

Dr. Minich serves as Chief Science Officer at Symphony Natural Health and has authored seven books and more than 50 scientific publications focused on nutrition, women’s health, metabolism, and lifestyle medicine. She is a Fellow of the American College of Nutrition and recipient of the Linus Pauling Award for her contributions to the field of nutritional science.

Tune in for answers to these questions and more:

  • For decades, women’s health conversations have centered heavily on hormones. What is driving the shift toward a whole-person approach, and why is that perspective especially relevant today?
  • How do you define resilience in the context of women’s health, and what role can nutrition and lifestyle interventions play in building it?
  • Many consumers are looking for quick solutions to complex health concerns. How can brands and practitioners help women understand the value of a whole-person approach without overwhelming them?
  • Personalization continues to be a major trend in health and wellness. How do you see advances in data collection shaping the future of personalized approaches for women’s health?
  • What are some common mistakes you see in how women’s wellness is positioned or marketed today?
  • Where do you see the biggest gaps in research and clinical understanding of women’s health, and where would you like to see the natural products industry invest more resources?
  • Looking ahead five to 10 years, what do you believe—or hope—will define the next generation of women’s wellness products and solutions?
  • If there is one mindset shift you would like every stakeholder in the natural products industry—from ingredient suppliers to practitioners to retailers—to embrace when thinking about women’s wellness, what would it be?

This session was recorded live during the Women's Wellness: Mastering the Market conference, June 23-25, 2026.
