Lake Success, N.Y.– A leading natural and organics products company, the Hain Celestial Group announces that a definitive agreement between The Yorkshire Provender Limited and one of Hain Celestial Group’s wholly-owned subsidiaries has been reached. With company operations in Europe, India and North America, Hain Celestial provides its consumers with "A Healthier Way of Life." Yorkshire Provender is based out of North Yorkshire, England, was founded in 2007 and is subject to formal clearance by the Competition and Markets Authority in the U.K. With products sold in leading retail stores, on-the-go food outlets and by food service providers, Yorkshire Provender is the producer of premium branded soups in the United Kingdom.

There will be no relocation of Yorkshire Provender and it will maintain its current site in Yorkshire. Yorkshire Provender netted approximately £6 million in the 2016 calendar year and is expected to further boost Hain Celestial’s 2018 earnings.
