New York, NY—On November 8, leading experts gathered for the Neuro Navigators event, described as a meeting of the minds where experts and authorities of science, education, and influence debunked myths surrounding dietary supplements and presented facts backed by science and regulations to an audience of dietitians and nutritionists. Keri Glassman, MS, RD, CDN, was the keynote speaker. Discussions focused on choosing the right supplements to achieve optimal brain health, with information on the importance of branded ingredients, third-party certifications, and regulated claims as markers of trustworthy supplements.
