Forager Project has launched a line of organic, plant-based cheeses in chunks and shredded formations. The 100% organic dairy-free cheeses are crafted with probiotic cashew-milk yogurt as the base, and contain no modified food starch. The line includes Organic Jack Cheese, Organic Queso Fresco Cheese, Organic Mozzarella Cheese, and Organic Parmesan Cheese.
