FTC Is Putting Businesses on Notice About Fake, Misleading Endorsements

Washington, D.C.—The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has sent out a Notice of Penalty Offenses warning more than 700 recipients against using fake reviews and other misleading endorsements, according to an FTC statement.
