This smoothie recipe is a delicious, healthy alternative to a St. Patty's Day classic!
Ingredients:
1 handful of (washed and rinsed) spinach

1 ½ frozen bananas

1 ripe banana

1/8 tsp mint extract

½ tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp natural sweetener
Directions:
Blend ingredients on a high setting in the blender until the shake is thick and creamy. You can garnish with a strawberry like I did, or if you want you can add dairy-free whipped cream!
