An obituary for Spears shares, "For those of us who had the pleasure to know Rob, he was quite a renaissance man. In his life, he was a Hollywood writer, a contractor, and for the last 24 years he was a co-host of Conscious Talk Radio and a Spiritual Healer helping people and animals thrive. But above all, Rob was one of the kindest and most gracious people you could meet."
NY Times bestselling author Ann Louise Gittleman, Ph.D., CNS, recalls the impact Spears had: "I was privileged to be a guest on Rob and Brenda's Conscious Talk Radio for many years. Rob was always so compassionate, kind, and engaged during our interviews. I marveled at his depth of knowledge and concern. He was definitely a beacon of light in the Northwest health space and he will be sorely missed. May his memory be a blessing."
Loved ones are asking industry members to visit The Neptune Society website to light a candle and share a memory on Spears' memoriam page. In lieu of flowers, Brenda is asking for donations to be made to Best Friends Sanctuary in Kanab, UT.
