B.T. Sweet, Ltd.has launched Cambya, a non-GMO, plant-based, one-to-one, drop-in sugar replacement, to be used in food applications. The new product is a mix of soluble fibers, monk fruit, and botanicals designed to help improve digestion and increase satiety, the company says. One teaspoon of Cambya is equivalent to one teaspoon of conventional sugar.
