While the plant-based category is evolving quickly, the release explains, there are obstacles to overcome in terms of production challenges and taste and texture issues. The Radicle Solution Finder was developed by Kerry to help their customers create and deliver sustainable plant-based products.

The tool will present the user with a range of solutions based on those selections.
