Arlington Heights, IL— Importer of high-quality Norwegian Fish oils, Carlson Labs, announces the opening of Carlson Healthy Oils, a new bottling facility in Norway. The facility is certified by the Norwegian Food Safety authority and located near one of the busiest fishing harbors in the North Atlantic. The company produces fresh, potent, and natural nutritional supplements.

Carlson Lab’s focus has always been to source sustainable, cold-water fish. The oils are nitrogen/argon- flushed through the bottling process which in turn, prevents oxidation. The recent location near Alesund, Norway ensures that only the finest, freshest fish oils are delivered to the Carlson Norway location where they are refined, distilled, and bottled. The bottled oils are eventually transported to the Carlson headquarters in Arlington Heights, Illinois, for shipment to retail locations.

“At Carlson, we understand the importance of freshness when it comes to omega-3s," says Carlson president Carilyn Anderson. "That’s one of the reasons we’ve always bottled our liquid fish oils in Norway. Our new bottling facility allows us additional control over the quality of our omega-3 oils and gives us even more opportunity to create new, innovative — and healthy — products for our customers."
