Phoenix, AZ—True Food Kitchen announced its “Cobb for a Cause” promotion in support of the Environmental Working Group (EWG) in a press release. As part of the brand’s Earth Month celebration, True Food Kitchen will donate $1 to the EWG for everyGood Earth Kale Cobb saladsold in their 27 locations from April 1-30.

All kale sold in True Food Kitchen’s dishes is organic, as per the brand’s commitment to using only organic versions of all foods on EWG’s Dirty Dozen list,on which kale ranks third.
