Los Angeles, CA—Continuing the celebration of its 50thanniversary,Wakunaga of Americahosted a cocktail reception at Natural Products Expo West. Guests, including Wakunaga’s international distributors, local dignitaries, and industry veterans, were treated to a special performance byTaiko Project, famous for their Japanese drum show.

A highlight of the evening was being able to reunite with industry friends and colleagues while enjoying appetizers, libations and music from the past five decades.Mark Blumenthal, Founder of the American Botanical Council, andJames LaValle, Founder of the Metabolic Code, spoke at the event, expressing their gratitude to Wakunaga for its commitment to scientific research on its legacy brand, Kyolic Aged Garlic, which the company recently rebranded. Also joining in on the celebration:Dr. Earl Mindell,author ofVitamin Bible,radio hostFrankie Boyer, and more industry experts shared stories of their years in this industry.
