Thomas came to Nuherbs after more than seven years with Herbalife Nutraceuticals, most recently in the role of Senior Director of Product Development, Marketing & Innovation for North America. Previously, she spent nearly a decade with NSF International, with her final two years there as General Manager Dietary Supplements & Sports Nutrition. Areas of expertise include product development and innovation, sports nutrition, portfolio management, and health & safety compliance. One of Thomas’ areas of responsibility will be growing the reach of Nuherbs Bespoke Extracts. 

Unreal Deli Inc. announced that Jeffrey Harris is the new Strategic Advisor. Harris is the co-founder and former Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Plant Power Fast Food, one of the nation’s fastest growing 100% plant-based fast-food restaurant chains. Harris has experience in rapidly scaling a company in the plant-based space, according to Unreal Deli company officials. He has already helped the company secure well-known industry titans in the consumer-packaged goods sphere while simultaneously laying the groundwork for a capitalization strategy to support the company’s long-term growth objectives.

Béatrice de Noray joins the Bel Group in the role of Chief Growth Officer. In this role, she will be responsible for structuring and deploying the Group’s strategic growth levers, including accelerating innovation and partnerships to shape the future of food, strengthening a marketing approach that puts the consumer at the heart and makes brands purposeful, and developing new distribution channels. In her new position, de Noray will aim to strengthen the response to the short- and long-term challenges facing the company, its markets and its brands.

Danisco Animal Nutrition & Health, a business unit of the Health & Biosciences Division of IFF (International Flavors & Fragrances Inc.), announced the appointment of Brandon Raddatz as the company's newest Key Account Manager. Raddatz brings experience in the field of production agriculture and animal nutrition. At ADM, Raddatz gained knowledge in commodity trading, specifically dealing with sunflowers, canola, flax, and soybeans. His time at ADM also included selling refined cooking oils in the human food market. Prior to joining Danisco Animal Nutrition & Health, Raddatz honed his skills in the yeast and probiotic animal feed space at Phileo by Lesaffre.
