Chicago, IL—IRI has acquired Retail Solutions, Inc. (RSi), a provider of supply chain solutions for CPG manufacturers and retailers, according to a press release.

The addition of RSi’s solutions to IRI’s Liquid Data platform will create a comprehensive supply chain solution, the release explains, as well as a large repository of de-identified and anonymous consumer data assets.

As outlined in the press release, the benefits to IRI and RSi clients will include:
  • Expanded market coverage
  • Enhanced collaboration between retailers and manufacturers
  • Intelligent Digital Shopper Marketing analytics
  • Technology and data integration
