Shirley Cohenhas been appointed the new CEO ofLycored. Cohen has over two decades of management experience in multinational companies. She will oversee major expansion. The company recently announced that it is more than doubling its tomato-based lycopene production to meet unprecedented demand. Cohen replacesRony Patishi-Chillim, who joined Lycored in 2014 and takes up the role of VP, Finance at ADAMA, Lycored’s parent company.

NOWhas promotedAaron Secristto Executive Vice President of Quality, R&D and Operations of the NOW Health Group. The company has also hiredJoe Carneyas Vice President of Operations. Secrist previously served as NOW’s Quality & Regulatory Manager since 2011. Carney brings over 15 years of operations and continuous improvement experience, working for some of the industry-leading food manufacturing companies in North America such as Conagra Brands, Bimbo Bakeries USA, and most recently overseeing the manufacturing operation for Beyond Meat.
