BBQ Rub recipe byPereg’s

Ingredients:
  • 1 tbsp of Pereg cumin
  • 1 tbsp of paprika
  • 1 tbsp of granulated garlic
  • 1 tbsp of granulated onion
  • 1 tbsp of chili powder
  • 1 tbsp of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp of black pepper
  • 1 tbsp of white pepper
  • 2 tbsp of kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp of brown sugar
Directions:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Or to make it easier – combine ½ cup of Pereg BBQ Spice Mix with 1 tablespoon of brown sugar.
  3. Store in an airtight container.
