Granite Bay, CA—Natural Industry Jobs, which merged withJoe Produce LLCin 2019, has launched its new website, created to enhance the employment search experience for both job seekers and employers in the natural and organic products space. The site provides industry employers a platform to market their brands and jobs, and to attract, engage, and hire the most qualified people. According to a press release, the company reaches more than 50,000 natural industry professionals each week, Job Alerts newsletters, daily social media posts, and partner sitesWholeFoods Magazineand theAmerican Herbal Products Association(AHPA).

Updates to the website include:
  • Employer Branding: The employer’s introductory page features a company logo and story, and videos and images can be added.
  • Search: The new search engine is the center point of the Advanced Search Page, giving job seekers several ways to research and discover companies and jobs that interest them.
  • Categories: Natural Industry Jobs identified the six most popular categories within the natural and organic products industry: Environmental/Eco/Sustainable; Food & Beverage; Home Care/Natural Living; Ingredients/Suppliers; Personal Care/Beauty, and Supplements. Searchers can also explore any combination of locations, products, job fields and more.
