LAKE SUCCESS, NY -- The Hain Celestial Group, Inc. has found itssuccessor to founder president and CEO Irwin D. Simon, naming veteran consumer packaged foods executive Mark L. Schiller as the company's new president and CEO, effective Nov. 5.

Schiller (shown here) brings more than 25 years of executive experience, most recently as Pinnacle Foods' EVP and Chief Commercial Office responsible for overseeing its multi-billion dollar grocery and frozen segments. He will be nominated as a director of the company at its annual shareholders meeting on Dec. 5.

At Pinnacle Foods, Schiller led all key commercial functions and helped orchestrate a multi-year turnaround.
