Aurora, IL—OSI Group, a meat processor and original supplier to McDonald’s, will start producing the Impossible Burger in September, allowing Impossible Foods to double its burger production, according toChicago Tribune.

OSI will produce the burgers at a facility in the Chicago area, and is capable of expanding to another site as needed and hiring as needed.

Impossible currently sells at 10,000 restaurants worldwide, more than double the restaurants it sold at last year, and plans to sell in grocery stores by the end of the year.
