Silver Spring, MD—The AHPA Foundation for Education and Research on Botanicals (ERB Foundation) is requesting proposals for research on the sustainable harvest of goldenseal, according to a press release. The Foundation will award grant funding to eligible applicants.
The press release says that the grant supports research on goldenseal populations, root productions, and the effects of harvest rates on plant population health in order to inform harvest and management decisions.
Anticipated funding available for a sustainable goldenseal harvest research project is up to $10,000 annually for up to 5 years.
