Many of you have heard that cinnamon is beneficial for blood sugar support. But, few people understand the intricacies of this relationship. In fact, most people don't know which form of cinnamon has shown these benefits. That will all change with this interview with Richard Anderson, Ph.D., C.N.S., of the USDA Human Nutrition Research Center. Dr. Anderson was one of the researchers that discovered the powerful benefits of cinnamon for blood sugar support.

In this interview, Dr. Anderson will discuss the research that has after many years revealed that certain cinnamon compounds provide these benefits. Not all cinnamon is the same. There are many cinnamon products available from simple spice to specialized extracts.

  • How do consumers decide which cinnamon extract to use?
  • How do you know how much to use and what to expect?

Dr. Anderson will answer these questions and more in this compelling interview.

The product that we discuss is a branded, trademarked raw material or ingredient. There are numerous good supplement manufacturers that use this form of cinnamon so everyone should be able to find it. There is a reason that I favor this type of branded, clinically studied ingredient. We all want products that have been shown to be safe and effective. In this case, and in many cases, it is a very specific form of a nutrient that has been shown through clinical science to be effective. However there are many other forms of many nutrients and often these nutrients have not been shown to be either safe and/or effective. The trick is to know the difference. In this interview, Dr. Anderson will explain clearly why Cinnulin PF is a preferred form because it is the specific cinnamon that was used in the clinical studies.
