The "KISC My Health" (Key Influencers Super Champions) radio podcast show is celebrating its one year anniversary. Starring Peter Mingils and the King of Cranberry, Stephen Lukawski, the show was initially launched as a tool to help usher in the next generation of natural products industry members but has quickly grown into an industry resource featuring over 60 interviews with business leaders discussing their paths to success, the challenges they have faced, and the lessons they have learned along the way. “I conceived this podcast to serve as an invaluable resource for aspiring professionals, particularly younger generations looking to build their careers in the natural products sector. I have met so many inspiring individuals in the natural products industry throughout three decades, and I wanted to present their unique journeys in an intimate conversation-style podcast," said Lukawski, affectionately known as "Captain Cranman."

Each episode has provided a platform for legacy leaders and industry trailblazers to share candid details of their career journeys and keys to industry success. WholeFoods Magazine owner, Publisher and Vice President of Media, Heather Wainer, as well as WF Content Director Maggie Jaqua, were both featured on separate episodes of the show, sharing their personal stories and experiences that have shaped their careers within the natural products industry. "When Stephen reached out to me a year ago, I knew this project was perfect for him, but I never imagined it would grow into something this special. These interviews are so meaningful and personal. In our industry, we often know people on a professional level, but Stephen allows us to see another side of them. I was honored to be one of his first guests, and it’s truly our pleasure to support this series. I can’t wait to see what’s next!" shared Wainer while discussing the show's anniversary.

One year after the show's pilot episode, Naturopathic Practitioner, Master Herbalist, National Educator, and Host of the Honest Health Podcast Dr. Jeffrey Burke ND, MH, CNC, CHS reflected on his interview with Lukawski, "What a honor to be interviewed by Stephen Lukawski who has such a heartfelt drive to bring out the best of everyone that he speaks with. He not only brings knowledge, expertise, and passion to everything he does, especially around cranberry but he does it in a way that lifts everyone around him up to the highest level."

With a continued commitment to ethics, values, and the essential qualities of leadership "KISC My Health" has plenty in store of its listeners. Joseph M. Bradley Chief Executive Officer Step Change Innovations, says the shows continued success will be due to the genuine excitement and commitment of its creator. "Nothing is more contagious than enthusiasm. I’ve known Steven for almost two decades, and I’ve never met anyone with more genuine enthusiasm for our industry. He’s one of the truly good and kind people in our space — someone who puts helping others ahead of himself, always greets you with a big smile, and brings a BIG sense of humor to every room.

Steven shows up with energy and optimism in everything he does. Whether he’s mentoring a colleague, championing an idea, his enthusiasm is contagious and lifts everyone around him. I’m grateful to know him and proud to count him as a friend— the kind of person who makes our industry better."

Lukawski is inviting listeners to join the conversation by sharing their thoughts, experiences, and aspirations using the hashtag #KISCPodcast on social media.” Together, let’s celebrate the achievements of those in the natural products industry and inspire future leaders to follow in their footsteps,” he emphasized.
