Mumbai, India—The dietary supplement industry in India is experiencing rapid growth, with projections indicating that the global market will more than double from USD $148.8 billion in 2021 to $283 billion by 2030, marking a robust annual growth rate of 7.4% from 2022 to 2030. This expansion is significantly driven by India's targeted efforts to develop a $100 billion nutraceutical ecosystem by 2047, an initiative steered by the Nutraceutical Task Force of India under the guidance of the Principal Scientific Advisor to the Government of India. This ambitious project aligns with India's broader goal of becoming a $30 trillion economy.

In this context, international attention has turned to India's dietary supplement sector, further heightened by Vitafoods' recent entry into the market and the founding of the Nutrify C Suite Sumflex in Mumbai. This burgeoning sector is pushing for a harmonized approach to HSN codes and global regulatory policies, aiming to enhance responsible nutrition and facilitate access to international markets, thus promoting overall growth across the industry.

The Nutrify C Suite Sumflex is becoming the nutraceutical equivalent of the World Economic Forum's Davos, thanks to its role in bringing together a diverse group of leaders from the nutraceutical supply chain. This includes top innovators, CEOs from the Nutraceuticals, Pharma, Hospitals, Investment majors, Bankers, Offline and Online pharmacies, emerging startups, medical professionals,  key governmental and regulatory bodies.

The 2023 summit held at the Taj Mahal Palace in Mumbai was a significant event, drawing 380 key figures from 40 countries, and laying the groundwork for an even larger 2024 summit. The 2024 summit will highlight strategic partnerships and deal-making opportunities with a focus on the United States, South Korea, India, and Malaysia.

The event will also host a unique reality show: the Nutrify Today Innovation Battleground. Modeled as a real-time investment pitch, it will feature innovators competing for equity funding live on stage. Scheduled for June 6, 2024, this event will showcase more than 100 innovators, with the top 10 participating in a live bidding session for investments.
