Bob’s Red Mill is introducing Protein Oats, serving up to 60% more protein than regular oats, the company says. Available in organic and conventional varieties, the oats are non-GMO and certified gluten-free. The oats are made with only one ingredient, whole grain rolled oats, and contain no added protein powder. They can be used to make overnight oats, baked goods, and more. The organic variety is available in a 32-oz. bag for a SRP of $10.29; the conventional oats come in a 16-oz. bag with a SRP of $5.39.
