IFF has announced a new innovation of natural citrus flavors, NEO. The ingredient will help make beverages more stable, while also reducing price volatility and environmental impact, the company says. It comes in orange, lemon, lime, grapefruit, and mandarin varieties. While it's meant for beverage applications, it can also be used in liquid and dry formulations. Keeping regional flavors in mind, the company used regional creators to develop each flavor, using local market preferences as benchmarks.
