The show opens at 9:30 on Thursday, December 5 with the 20thAnnual SOHO Golf Tournament, and the day closes out with a three-hour Open Forum Roundtable.

Friday opens with breakfast—sponsored by Bluebonnet Nutrition Corp., the breakfast comes complete with a presentation by Carl Germano, CNS, CDN, on nutrition’s impact on sexual health and fertility. Independent retailers might want to follow that up with “Marketing Toolkit for Independent Retailers” at 10:15, presented by Ryan Sensenbrenner, Director of Marketing at Enzymedica. The day also offers lunch with an educational program presented by Terry Lemerond, founder of Europharma; a presentation titled “Nutrients for Our Aging Brains” by Neil E. Levin, CCN, DANLA, Senior Education Manager at NOW Foods; and presentations on the endocannabinoid system, fermentation, and the next generation of probiotics.On Saturday, exhibits are open from 10:30-5:00. There are educational opportunities offered with breakfast and dinner, with breakfast sponsored by Nature’s Way and dinner sponsored by Enzymedica. And before you leave the show floor, head to booth #500—from 3:00-5:00, PlusCBD Oil by CV Sciences will be hosting a Hemp Happy Hour.
On Sunday, exhibits are open from 9:30-3:00. The last educational opportunity is hosted by Nordic Naturals—breakfast with a presentation on the relationship between omega-3s and CBD.
