Downers Grove, IL—Nourished: The Gluten-Free, Allergy & Special Diet Festival, formerly The Gluten Free & Allergen Friendly Expo, is re-launching in 2019, according to a press release made today.
The release says that the Nourished Festival will be adding a vast array of exhibitors to meet the needs of the most popular food lifestyles. It will have Paleo, Keto, and Plant-Based zones, in addition to its existing Gluten-Free and Nut-Free zones, to showcase new products and educational opportunities.
All products, the release says, will be gluten free, and allergen cards will be displayed for all samples.
The Festival will also add a Kid’s Zone with activities for children and as a place for families to gather throughout the event, according to the release.
Jen Cafferty, Founder and CEO of The Nourished Group, said, “For 12 years, attendees have enjoyed our gluten-free and allergen-friendly events. As the gluten-free movement advances, we are seeing more people adopt other special diets including Paleo, Keto, and Plant-Based lifestyles. The goal is to continue to support our attendees and grow with them as their diets change over time.”
