FTC Refunds Consumers for Supplements with Fraudulent Claims

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is mailing 16,596 checks, totaling more than $750,000, to consumers who bought NeuroPlus or BioTherapex, two deceptively marketed supplements from Health Research Laboratories, according to a press release.
