Makes Approximately 1 Pint of Jam

Take your jam to the next level by adding Hawaiian Spirulina. 


- 6 cups of organic mixed berries
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of Hawaiian Spirulina Powder


Place all ingredients, except for the spirulina in a non-reactive pot and bring to a boil over medium to high heat. Stir occasionally to keep the bottom from burning and heat the mixture until a thermometer reaches the set point at 220 degrees F. Allow to cool and mix in spirulina. 

Store in a sterlized jar for up to a week.
