Spring, TX—The Coconut Coalition of the Americas (CCA) has gained three new members, according to a press release.

The two new Corporate Silver members include:
  • Luong Quoi Coconut (LQC), a manufacturer and supplier of coconut products including desiccated coconut, virgin coconut oil, refined coconut oil, coconut milk, coconut water, toasted chips, and coconut flour.
  • Smirk’s, an importer, exporter, and wholesaler of organic and conventional non-GMO ingredients.
The new Corporate Bronze member is:
  • Dr. Bronner’s, manufacturer of castile soaps, committed to making socially and environmentally responsible products.

CCA Executive Director Len Monheit said in the press release: "LQC, Smirk's and Dr. Bronner's all represent exciting parts of the coconut industry and we're thrilled to have them onboard. We have an aggressive workplan and these additional members and CCA's united voice helps us ensure that the coconut industry will continue to thrive."

CCA’s core workplan is focused on growing the category, changing the allergen and saturated fats narrative, supporting and enhancing sustainability practices, promoting quality standards, and defending the category against attacks.
