Vista, CA—Dr. Bronner’s, which holds the third highest score ever received by a Certified B Corp, has published its fifth annualAll-One Reportdocumenting the company’s commitment to corporate responsibility, social justice, and environmental sustainability,according to a press release.

Dr. Bronner’s made $122.5 million in net revenue in 2018, and gave $8.8 million to more than 164 activist and charitable causes, according to the release. One section of the report is dedicated to employment statistics:  benefit participation, diversity, compensation, and a graph showing an increase from 115 employees in 2013 to 226 employees in 2018. Minimum wage at Dr. Bronner’s is $18.71 per hour for permanent positions, as opposed to California’s minimum wage of $11 per hour.

The report also shares statistics regarding environmental impact, according to the press release, including waste generation, greenhouse gas emissions, and the over 250,000 oil and coconut palms Dr. Bronner’s has planted. The company is 100% renewably powered through onsite solar and renewable energy certificates, and provides electric charging stations with free charges to employees.

Dr. Bronner’s president Mike Bronner wrote an article for the report, titled “Look, It’s All Connected,” which looks at the story of the Bronner family. He notes in the report: “Through our loss and pain, we find deeper connection—to each other and ourselves—and healing comes when we begin to realize that we are utterly and inseparably bound to one another. In the words of my grandfather, founder of Dr. Bronner’s: ‘We are All-One or None! All-One!’”
