Lehi, UT--The 106-year-old Utah-based wheat milling company, Lehi Mills, launched new baking mixes for national distribution along with a fresh and modern re-branding of products, according to a press release.

Lehi Mills works directly with local wheat farmers, giving it full traceability of the wheat, from the moment the wheat is planted to the time it gets to the mill. All wheat is tested for baking quality before being milled and shipped to the customer's home, straight from the mill.

The new packaging stays true to the company's "family roots and known quality," the press release says. The company also is introducing a new interactive e-commerce website in addition to two new baking mixes: a wholegrain waffle with eight grams of natural plant-based protein per serving and a light, fluffy Belgian waffle mix.

Brock Knight, COO at Lehi Mills, said in the release: "At Lehi Mills, we view flour as an ingredient, not as a commodity product which is often overlooked. Our high-mountain flour is the first ingredient in all of our mixes and is tested to ensure its superior baking quality. We are excited about the potential growth for Lehi Mills, and that families nationwide will get to experience the high-mountain flour difference."
