California—Kevin’s Natural Foodshas released findings from its consumer behavior survey, exploring the impacts COVID-19 has had on American’s eating habits. The survey included over 150 adults and compared their decisions and views on diets from March 2020 to March 2021 year.

Survey results found that 2/3 participants are preparing meals at home and that most consumers are feeling healthier. And while the pandemic changed habits, consumers are willing to go back to restaurants, the study suggested.

Similarities all around? All respondents view convenience as a leading factor in their decisions around eating and dining out and are looking for healthier options.
