Aurora, CO—KeHE Distributors unveiled its new space in a celebration with key partners and local dignitaries, who were invited to join lunch, a warehouse tour, and a ribbon cutting ceremony. Among the guests were Aurora Mayor Mike Coffman, who was welcomed by President & CEO Brandon Barnholt.

The expansion provides KeHE with an upgrade in space, including 33% more freezer space, 66% more capacity in cooler, and 43% more dry space. The company hopes to reach new independent customers while also meeting the needs of current customers at a high level of service.

The expansion will provide new employment opportunities in the Aurora and Boulder areas. These jobs will include Selector, Forklift Operator, and Receiver positions. The hope is that these new jobs will provide economic growth to the Colorado region.

“Aurora is proud to have KeHE Distributors in our city and honored that they have chosen our city to expand their facility here,” said Aurora Mayor Mike Coffman.
