Eden Foods, Clinton, MI, earned the highest possible rating of A+ in the 2015 edition of The Better World Shopping Guide. The Guide rates companies’ behavior related to human rights, environmental sustainability and community involvement. This marks the second year Eden Foods has been honored.

Navitas Naturals, Novato, CA, was ranked in Inc.’s annual Inc. 5000, a ranking of the fastest rising U.S. private companies. In a press release, it was noted that in the past three years, sales had risen 202%, and 58 new employees were hired at the company.

Braga Fresh Family Farms, Soledad, CA, announced that 25 products under its Josie’s Organics brand have been verified by the Non-GMO Project, adding on to the USDA organic certification it already has for its line of vegetables.

Juice company Suja Life, LLC, San Diego, CA, announced that The Coca-Cola Company is now an investor and distribution partner. An official statement said the minority investments made by The Coca-Cola Company and Goldman Sachs have given Suja the “expertise and accessibility to further increase product distribution and operational efficiencies.”
