New York, NY—Ingredient Marketplace (formerly SupplySide MarketPlace) is coming to New York City’s Jacob Javits Center early this month, June 2–3.

Before the exhibit hall opens, attendees can hear featured speaker Gregory Jaffe from the Center for Science in the Public Interest discuss “Biotechnology and the Future of the Ingredient Supply Chain.” Full-day GMP training will take place on both days of the show, and a workshop on Petfood 2.0 takes place on day two; separate registration is needed for both presentations.

This year’s show also features 30-minute “Trends In” presentations from the exhibit hall, with presentations underwritten by industry companies including Ganeden, Wild Flavors, Golden Omega and others. Topics covered include sweeteners, magnesium, omegas, antioxidants, aminos, carotenoids, protein and vitamin E.

The first day will be capped off by networking fun with a “Drinks on Us Reception,” sponsored by Rochem. The Ingredient IQ ingredient quiz contest will take place during the event.
