LOWAT from InterHealth is a patent-pending, fat-targeting, weight-management ingredient derived from Piper betle and Dolichos biflorus. A recent 50-person, eight-week trial found that LOWAT “significantly reduced body weight more than twice as effectively as placebo,” said a researcher.
Maypro Industries will distribute Sustained Release MicroActive Curcumin. This bioavailable curcumin formulation solubilizes curcuminoids, “thereby greatly reducing particle size,” says the company. The encapsulated micronized particles are released in the stomach and small intestine.
