Cargill is introducing Clear Valley Omega-3 Oil, a new oil made from canola and flax seed. According to the company, it received it GRAS, contains up to 30% of ALA and provides at least 160 mg of ALA. It also is neutral in taste and is shelf-stable for nine months. Clear Valley Omega-3 Oil can be used in baked goods, crackers, snacks and spreads.
