Valensa International launched a portfolio of ingredients based on perilla seed extract that are produced using a supercritical CO2 extraction process. The extracts contain 50–60% alpha linolenic acid (ALA), and have an omega-3 to -6 ratio of 6:1. The new lineup is based on Verilla Perilla Seed Extract and VerillaMax Perilla Seed Flour. The ingredients Kerilla Perilla Seed Extract + Krill Oil, Zanthin XP-3 and Z-Omega 3-6-9 are also available.
