The Food and Drug Law Institute will publish Dietary Supplement Regulation: A Comprehensive Guide, written by Scott Bass, a partner at Sidley Austin in Washington, D.C., and chief counsel for the Natural Products Association.

Earthbound Farms of San Juan Bautista, CA added numerous positions nationwide. Key hires include Jon Nicosia as customer development vice president for the Western division; Jill Mazer as customer development senior manager for the New York and New Jersey markets; Ethan Abendroth and Eric Thurston as retail sales manager; Mike Mullaney as senior manager of co-manufacturing; Jennifer Golden as senior manager of product innovation; Ed Macias as senior manager of product innovation. In addition, Earthbound Farm veteran Steve Koran was promoted to vice president, retail sales and customer service.

La Crosse, WI-based Main Street Ingredients announced that its former director of operations, Rudy Rott, has retired. Shawn Wegner, Main Street’s plant manager since 2008, will take Rott’s position.

WILD Flavors, Inc. of Erlanger, KY hired Marie Wright to be its chief global flavorist, reporting to Erik Donhowe, chief operating officer.
