GOED, the Global Organization for EPA and DHA Omega-3s, of Salt Lake City, UT, published a 500-page report about  omega-3 raw materials. The report includes breakdowns by every omega-3 oil source, end product application and geography. The Ingredient Market Report is available for $5,000. In other news, GOED updated its GOED Voluntary Monograph. Says the group, “The update was undertaken to recognize the industry’s significant growth and the development of many new omega-3 oils and products.”

Soho Flordis International of Reno, NV, adopted bacopa through the American Botanical Council’s Adopt-an-Herb Program.

BeNatural Company became the first Columbian company to receive the Natural Product Association’s Natural Certification for several products in its Biozean line.
