Washington, D.C.—Multi-level marketer Amway may be slapped with a class action lawsuit because of what prosecutors say is misleading labeling on its Nutrilite supplements.

Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI), which will bring the suit unless things change, believes that the discrepancy lies with its fruits and vegetables 2GO Twist Tubes. The product claims to offer two servings of fruits and vegetables, but the same label indicates it only contains the equivalent of two servings of antioxidants.

In addition, Immunity Twist claims to boost the immune system and protect cells, which CSPI believes are unsubstantiated health claims. Plus, its strawberry kiwi flavored supplement contains neither of these fruits.
