Natural Food Certifiers, Spring Valley, NY, said its “Apple K” Kosher certification program will not accept GMOs in the products it certifies.

Rudi’s Organic Bakery, Boulder, CO, expanded its Boulder bakery. The expansion will allow the company to increase production by moving its baking to an exclusive gluten-free production room.

Westin Foods has acquired a majority interest in Dominex, St. Augustine, FL, and plans to create a new division called Dominex Natural Foods.

Bethesda, MD-based Honest Tea will hold events on June 7–8 in Brattleboro, VT; July 18–21 in Thornville, OH and August 2–3 in Seattle as part of its program “The Great Recycle.”
