Sierra Nevada Cheese Company introduces Capretta Goat Yogurts, which feature high calcium, increased protein and millions of probiotics. The yogurts, available in Rich & Creamy, Low Fat and non Fat, are free from stabilizers, starches, gums, preservatives and fillers. According to the company, local northern California farmers provide milk and cream guaranteed to be free of synthetic hormones and antibiotics.

ResVez, Inc. unveils its WineTime chocolate bar, which according to the firm, delivers more resveratrol than 50 glasses of red wine. The dark chocolate bar is a blend of almonds, dates and seven super fruits, cranberry, noni, pomegranate, goji berry, açaí, mangosteen and blueberry. It also contains seven grams of fiber and two sources of Resveratrol.

Gourmè Food Company now offers Gourmè Mist oils and vinegars. Mists include organic extra virgin oil, organic canola oil, barrel-aged balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar + pomegranate and balsamic vinegar + raspberry. Each 3.5-oz bottle delivers a nice alternative to traditional mists on the market.

The Australis Food Group entered the market with its Something Good range of baking mixes. The line includes glutenand allergen-free super grain bread, cupcake, chocolate mud cake and white bread combinations. These products also are free from wheat, dairy, tree nuts, soy products, eggs, fructose and trans-fats.

Ganeden Biotech and Agostoni Chocolate teamed up to offer Chocolate Plus Private Label. This functional snack integrates probiotics (GanedenBC30) and Italian dark chocolate. Retailers can choose Agostoni’s dark chocolate in either 70% or 60%. Stores can add the probiotic alone or the probiotic plus toasted flax seed. Sizes include a bite-sized 0.5-oz minibar or a 1.1-oz snack bar.
