Grilled Quinoa & Lime Salmon Cakes Recipe courtesy ofNOW Foods

Ingredients: Serves 4Directions:
  1. Preheat grill to 350° F.
  2. Place ½ cup of hot water in Organic Quinoa Q Cup, cover, and steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Combine instant quinoa with all ingredients.
  4. Divide mixture into 4 patties.
  5. Place salmon-quinoa cakes on grill for 5 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Flip and cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
