Pereg Gourmet has released its latest grain lineup, a set of ancient grains, rice and beans designed to be used with any meal. The line consists of 20 varieties including red and white quinoa, bulgur, an autumn lentil blend and yellow split peas. The entire line is free of preservatives and kosher, and most of the line is gluten-free and non-GMO.
