A new aged goat cheese derived from raw milk is available from Coach Farm. The product is called Rawstruck, and is the first raw milk goat cheese released by the company after a 28-year history of pasteurized cheese making. In compliance with current federal regulations governing raw milk cheeses, Rawstruck is aged for 60 days before sale.
