Like Tofutti’s Better Than Cream Cheese, Sour Supreme and Veggie Cheese Slice products, it also is gluten free and vegan. Tofutti’s Better Than Ricotta Cheese lends itself to all your favorite recipes such as lasagna, stuffed shells, and cheesecake. The product will soon be available in stores everywhere in 16-ounce containers and in a 5-lb food service size.
