Ganeden Biotech and Agostoni Chocolate teamed up to offer Chocolate Plus Private Label. This functional snack integrates probiotics (GanedenBC30) and Italian dark chocolate. Retailers can choose Agostoni’s dark chocolate in either 70% or 60%. Stores can add the probiotic alone or the probiotic plus toasted flax seed. Sizes include a bite-sized 0.5-oz minibar or a 1.1-oz snack bar.

The dark chocolate bar is a blend of almonds, dates and seven super fruits, cranberry, noni, pomegranate, goji berry, açaí, mangosteen and blueberry. It also contains seven grams of fiber and two sources of Resveratrol.
Sierra Nevada Cheese Company introduces Capretta Goat Yogurts, which feature high calcium, increased protein and millions of probiotics. The yogurts, available in Rich & Creamy, Low Fat and non Fat, are free from stabilizers, starches, gums, preservatives and fillers. According to the company, local northern California farmers provide milk and cream guaranteed to be free of synthetic hormones and antibiotics.

Strawberries & Crème contains only 140 calories with five grams of protein along with three grams of sugar. The Maple Brown Sugar blend also contains 140 calories and five grams of protein, but has six grams of sugar.
